Alghero coast extends over 70 km composed by an alternation of cliffs, rocky coasts and pure white beaches which are nestled in a landscape which takes visitors breath away. These beaches have their charm like other renowned beaches from Emerald Coast.

Lazzareto

Once it was the residence of a leper hospital therefore its name. This beach is located in the North of Le Bombarde beach and it extends on a coast piece for about 2 km. This beach is characterized for its 10 bays which form the contour of the main beach, for its secluded place and the color contrast between typically Mediterranean vegetation and the sea.

Le Bombarde

This beach is 7 km away from Aghero. Without doubt is one of the most known and frequented beach by tourists in Corallo coast. The snow-white sand and the crystalline water are framed by a flourishing pinewood where is possible to find shelter in the most hot hours. The beach besides of its beauty is appreciated for its high number of services. There are bathhouses, a snack-bar, an amusement park, a camper area and an adventure park. During the high season is possible to get to Alghero and Fertilia beach with the FsD bus lines.

Alghero Lido

This lido extends from the port towards the maritime hospital. It is the real beach from Alghero appreciated for its white and fine sand, crystalline water and its unique location: it is not far away from the inhabitated center and it can be reached walking through the Barcellona promenade.

Maria Pia

This 3 km coast piece separates Alghero from Fertilia small village. This white beach is characterized by majestic dunes of sand, low sea bottom with clear and warm water and by an extended and blooming pine forest.

Mugoni

This beach with a tropical flavour has a golden sand and a green sea. It is a nature masterpiece situated in the interior of the Natural Park of Porto Conte and of the Marine Protected area of Capo Caccia. It is closed by two promontories and it is always sheltered by the waves. This fact and the presence of many bars and restaurants turn it into an attractive place for adults and children.

Porto Ferro

This beach can be reached through a beautiful pine forest full of bars and services. It is delimited by two promontories called the Aragonese sighting towers: Torre Negra in the North and Torre di Bantine Sale in the South. The fine sand is reddish yellow. The clear sea is roughed by the northwest winds which hit the coast and develop a wavy impulse therefore it is surfers perfect place.
